Beef Tikka Boti Masala is a flavorful spice blend that makes marinated beef cubes tender, smoky, and aromatic. It combines cumin, coriander, chili, and warming spices, perfect for grilled or pan-fried beef tikka with rich, savory notes.
Ingredients:
• 500g beef cubes (boneless)
• 3 tbsp Beef Tikka Boti Masala
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil for grilling or pan-frying
• Skewers
Cooking Recipe:
• In a bowl, mix beef cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, masala, and salt. Marinate for 2–4 hours (overnight for best flavor).
• Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
• Grill, bake, or pan-fry on medium heat until beef is cooked through and slightly charred (10–12 mins), turning occasionally.
• Serve hot with naan, onions, and green chutney.
